Akeil was great - v friendly and helpful. Sadly, the work needed was more than I thought (hoped!) and the car needs to go to a garage, but he easily fixed the initial problem and a few others, too.

Akile was amazing, as a woman I was scared to deal with a mechanic as sometimes we can get ripped off, he was punctual, friendly and put me at ease explained everything he was doing and if I had questions gladly answered them in a way I would understand. He checked the status of the battery. Ran diagnostics. Sorted out the alarm system which kept going off.

Took trouble to call in advance to explain how battery less than 2 years old had failed and was good at keeping in touch re arrival. Actual replacement of batter took a matter of minutes.
