No work was carried out. I feel I have paid for nothing. He did not know how the drop handbrake worked. He did not look under the van to see the problem. He told me I needed a new cable, however whenever I have had the van serviced the handbrake has been taken up without replacing the cable. We are now going on a long journey with a handbrake that only holds when pulled right to the top.
The two previous occasions I have used click mechanic have been great 5 stars
