Craig was great. Very friendly and his knowledge really amazed me. Kept me informed and advised course of action to sort the problem. Wrong battery d been fitted by RAC and Craig advised to pursue warranty claim. Good that no hard selling, just great advice. Will certainly use again if need arises.
