B did a very good job, turning round a service and repair job in under four hours. He explained everything he had done and left the car spotless and smelling nice. Can't ask for more!

Communication is key in these difficult times and I couldn't fault B at all. He rang me as soon as he got the job and introduced himself explained what would happen next. He phoned before he arrived to view the car and then straight after and walked me through the report. The report was detailed and answered everything I needed. So much so I will be buying a car without seeing based on my experience with B.
