Jamie was excellent from start to finish. He gave me around half an hour’s notice before arrival, which was really helpful, and came out to see me at a holiday park despite the parking and access not being the most straightforward.

He was friendly, polite, courteous and got straight on with the job. The air conditioning is now working brilliantly. The car feels like an icebox again, just like it did when I first got it.
