Very happy with the work from Shakil. He called me as soon as he was done. He was very clear in the observations he made about the car and talked me through each one in detail. He answered my questions and helped me understand the nature of the things he found. He uploaded the report immediately with detailed pictures of his findings and said he was happy if I needed to call him back once I had a chance to read the report.

Having taken the car out for a test drive, he observed a rattle and did look under the car to see if he could obviously find the source of the noise but he couldn't, but he did make this clear and known to me when we spoke. At the end of the day, I am very glad to have spent the money for the inspection as it helped me decide on whether to go ahead with the car or not (in the end, the garage would not reduce the price based upon all the things found, so I decided not to proceed).
