Luke was very polite. Yet to check work as unable to drive my car yet due to weather

Luke has done a great job, however did take longer than expected ( not his fault)as he was given the wrong part for the job that needed to be done,and had to wait for part to come in.

Very poor communication except to make excuses for not picking up car on time and then promising it back the next day but taking 7 days to complete the work. Not keeping me updated with what’s happening except to tell me some excuse for it taking longer and terrible customer service skills very rude on the phone and swearing at me.

Can’t fault the work, timing chain needed replacing as it was lose and appears to be running a lot smoother that even when I first initially purchased the car. Only gripe is the communication and punctuality was shocking. Communication is key in most walks of life. Is a must as far as I’m concerned and it was basically non existent at times. If I’m paying £45 for engine oil which is included in the quote, I don’t expect to be then topping up my engine oil a few days after the work is completed because the levels are low, I’d actually very much like a £45 refund where this is concerned as I’ve had to go out a purchase my own for that price.

Very apologetic for lateness but very late. Job was done professionally and rapidly so that I could still make an appointment.

Unfortunately Luke couldn't fix my car.
So spending £105 and not getting anything from it is disappointing.

Brilliant no issues at all, was on time and the work was spot on and carried out to perfection

Luke was as good as his word, turned up on time and soon had the diagnostics working. Got to the bottom of the problem and cleared the fault. Would not hesitate to recommend him

Luke was very efficient and went the extra mile returning on Friday evening to check out the job he had done as i had requested. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
