Michael was great. I called him and gave him the order number and explained that I had a problem.
He told me that he was on his way there and would be there in 45 minutes. I then explained that I live in Orlando Florida in the US. He told me that he may be a little late then, that 45 minute may not be enough time. He made me smile. :) Since I do not have a car in the UK, Michael was very kind and tried to work through the situation. Finding that it was an incorrect email loaded into your system and that Customer Support would work on fixing it. But since I got this rating email, I think Customer Support may have dropped the ball a bit.
But all in all, Michael was great, friendly and very knowledgeable about how Click Mechanic works and could explain the situation well. Now all customer support needs do to is find the correct Karen Faircloth's email address and get a receipt and survey to her. Otherwise, just ship the Ford Focus over here and I will inspect the job and give you a more detailed answer. :) Read more

Mike was great from the start.
He phoned the night before to confirm the time he was arriving to complete the work booked.
On the day, Mike arrived on time, got on with the work.
Will be using Mike again in the future!
