Yes - due to restrictions on space I was not able to watch but I was told what was done and I am happy that the service was completed as per the schedule.

Kashif arrived as per the agreed schedule and spent sufficient time to diagnose the leak problem which resulted in the soaking of carpet on the passenger side of my Toyota RAV 4. Unfortunately, he diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Reason being that I carried out some followed up testing I established that the problem was not a blocked pipe as diagnosed, but a leaking windscreen.
