Jordan from Threelords was amazing. Really friendly and positive over the phone, which really impressed me. I had been to a diagnostic centre who basically charged me £42 to do a diagnostic check, after which I was left with the impression that the car had a serious fault and they didn’t want to do the repairs. Read the reviews on click mechanic and thought I would give them a try. Jordan arranged to do the job, and rang me minutes later. After a 10 minute chat with Jordan on the phone, and with the positivity that came across, I was much more hopeful.
