Even though I wasn’t present when Mark carried out the requested repair his punctuality was excellent and communicated with me by phone before and after the work was done

Mark was amazing!!! So happy from start to finish, helpful and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing whilst keeping me up to date with what was happening!
