Ahmet was amazing, he called when he was 30 minutes away to let me know to listen out for him. He was very polite and understood I didn't really know my way around a car. He got the job done quickly, was extremely friendly and explained clearly what he had done and what the diagnosis was.

Friendly and very knowledgable

The problem was far easier than first thought. Battery just needed charging. The mechanic didn't mind and was more than happy to help

Ahmed greeted me with a smile, but one of his mechanics ( some biggish guy) looked sullen and cold. I don't do "sad" faces, they spoil my day. When I greeted him he did not even respond. What a shame as I really don't care about anyone who does not acknowledge my presence.

I was more concerned about how Ahmet treated me because it was his name I was given on booking the appointment. I must say Ahmet made me feel at ease as I was able to ask questions freely. He gave out good information and clarification.

I will certainly refer Ahmed and you guys to my friends and family, and will certainly ask for Ahmed (minus the other guy) in the future.

Ahmed very professional

Ahmet communicated very well. Called me to advise when he was due to arrive - which meant I didn't have to hang around waiting for hours. He also diagnosed the fault and replacement/resolution was swift and efficient. Very happy with the work and would use again if i get another issue
