Shane was efficient and carried out the objective with no issues. Unfortunately there is an additional issue that's required. He explained and justified the issue with honest conviction. I'm an engineer myself and can appreciate clarity when its required. He was a pleasant person and good to deal with.
Definitely recommend him...I don't recommend people unless they have substance.
If you want someone who comes across unphased and honest he's the mechanic you want.
