Very pleased so far. The work was only done today but no issues whatsoever. Shane knew what he was talking about and I felt comfortable leaving him to complete the job. It still has not really sunk in how easy the process was. My only concern when booking was giving my card details over the internet before the job was done but it worked out well. Last Thursday my car failed the MOT as one of the two rear suspension spring coils was broken and the prospect of the weekend without the car was ugly.

BUT FORTUNATELY... Shane came very punctual next day to save my day (and my weekend) and in 30ish minutes (less than the 45 minutes he estimated) the repair was professionally done and dusted, my car had two new spring coils installed on the rear suspension and, two hours later, the car passed the MOT retest as everything was up-to their satisfaction! I am a very happy customer! Kudos to Shane!
