Ahh is this like trust-a-trader but for the car fixing world? YES BUT MUCH MUCH BETTER!

My experience with the former "digital network service" was not so good, so I was a little hesitant in using ClickMechanic, but my worries were laid to rest by my excellent mechanic Shan Siva. We got talking straight way and got into the detail of the work needed (major suspension work) and as agreed my car was picked and dropped off and the quality of Shan's work is second to none.

Now my young-timer (an 18 year old E46 BMW) drives like brand new. Thanks to Shan and Click-Mechanic for connecting us

A faily comprehensive condition report. Done promptly by appointment at very short notice. Very hepful and friendly mechanic.i would reccomend ClickMechanic, but I think I'd have got a lot more from it if I'd been there at the inspection.

Shan undertook a vehicle inspection. He was brilliant with his communication, before and after - answering all my questions, sending pictures etc . He gave the vehicle a thorough inspection - even the dealer said I had got my moneys worth. Gave me peace of mind!

Shan was fantastic called ahead to let me know that he was en route and arrived on time on both occasions. Whilst driving on the way to the garage for service and MOT Shan noticed a few things that needed attention the mild squealing noise was one of them ( other mechanics had failed to pick up on this ) without having tell him. Very efficient service also went the extra mile to get my windscreen wipers fixed. Very knowledgeable, honest and polite young man with great emphasis on customer care.
