I have marked the communication score as one star due to the fact I was charged £40 extra with no prior awareness or agreement.
This was apparently due to having to have a higher standard of parts fitted.

However, to have money taken from your account without prior knowledge is concerning.

Up to that point, I could not fault the service.
So if there had been a call (or email) to make me aware the cost would be changing, the overall score would be higher.

Did have some complications but there fix them all thanks .all good now would use them again 💯
