Stuart was very quick to reply, helpful and polite throughout. He helped me find the correct parts for the job and was very accommodating with the scheduling of the work. He worked quickly and was happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend him to others and would be more than happy to have him carry out work again in the future.

Happy with the work completed, however, when a part was required, rather than phone to see if they had one, he went to the shop only to find that did not have the part, he then had to drive to another shop to get one, that was an extra cost that I feel was not justified, he should have phoned first, so to replace a £35 part the additional cost was over £100 as he charged for all the travel, some of which was not justified.

Stuart was phoned in advance to ensure the appointment time was still appropriate for myself. He then arrived at the correct time. Stuart is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff about cars. Told me exactly how it was and went above and beyond the job to help me. Would definitely recommend him as a mechanic.
