My mechanic was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained and he made sure I was confident and understood what was being said. Its hard to put so much trust in someone when you know nothing about the subject, but I felt at ease.

Michael was fantastic. I needed two things doing this week, with both jobs he went above and beyond to make it happen, communicated fantastically, taught me lots along the way and did a great job in a timeframe I needed. Great advice, helped find an issue which was almost like a needle in a haystack.

Issue was caused by a manufacturer build issue, turns out when the car was being built, they put the wrong nut on a bolt which caused the car to intermittently not start!

Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a mechanic with great knowledge and experience.
