Michael arrived slightly early, which was good, was professional and efficient. He was easy to talk to and explained his procedure for the service with which I was very happy.

He called me to let me know about some additional work, which I was expecting, and I agreed the additional cost . My car was returned during the afternoon with the relevant paperwork.

I needed a pre inspection carried out a car at a private garage. The two major car companies could not undertake an inspection for 5 days however Michael at click mechanic was able to carry out the inspection in less that 24 hours. Needless to say at a far more reasonable price. I was not present during the inspection but the report cam back the same day with 2 faults flagged up (1 of which I would never have noticed). Very pleased with the service
