Citroen Xsara Picasso Clean up power, grounds and electrical connector to bsi from ECU and steering column module( switches).
Bsi relearn for light recognition and key recognition and fob locking/ unlocking. So correct battery disconnection, waiting time and process then reconnect and re synch/ re learn.
