William was excellent to deal with. He was very responsive throughout and I genuinely felt reassured with the service he carried out. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I initially contacted the AA and RAC for pre inspection quotes but they were not available for a week at least, short of time I searched In Google coming across clickmechanic. The booking process was simple and easy and I secured a slot for the next day! I will going forward always use clickmechanic after this experience.

He spoke in a lot of detail about the problems with the van -and put in a lot of extra effort to make sure he was diagnosing the problems correctly. Gave me genuine advice about what to pay for the van. 10/10

Kevin conducted a pre-purchase car check for us. He was absolutely fantastic, issued the report quickly following his checks and offered a follow-up call to discuss the items he found.

William did exactly as I asked and provided a comprehensive report. As testament to his professionalism, the trader, from whom I was buying the car, remarked that William's inspection of the vehicle was far more in-depth and took much longer than the AA or RAC inspections which he has seen in the past.
