I didn't meet William as he was checking a car for me in Slough (I live in Swansea). As soon as he accepted the job, he replied to my questions within ten minutes of posting them. He did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money by pointing out some massive faults on the car that had been misrepresented by the garage that was selling it. I have read his profile; he has taken on additional training and it is clear that he enjoys what he does and wants to do something. As an ex physics teacher and mechanical engineer, I would have loved to have had someone like him in my classroom.

William was excellent! He inspected a car that we are considering buying and investigated every part of the car and issue that we wanted to know about thoroughly. We spoke on the phone for about 30 mins and provided us with very clear and easy to understand explanations of what he'd observed and his professional opinion of what these observations would mean for us. After this we received a written report with photos that backed up everything he's said on the phone. William was friendly, professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
