Deniz was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. My car was collected and the problem was diagnosed and rectified.

We have to open up the door Panel and check why the door doesnt open
Wishbone bushes replacing subframe has to be dropped
Blub osf not working.
Inter coolant needs to come from and everything around it to replace

Absolute easy brilliant service 100% will use again. I saw another comment about lateness or somthing which I found silly, I mainly care about how good my car is looked after from pickup to delivery which was excellent. To add they were very punctual. Even if they weren't who cares, during covid you should be at home. Car is in great shape. Was very easy during these hard covid times to get my car serviced with mot. I used to go to audi dealership for years but it was not worth it unless you are forced too for a on board computer issue or somthing similar.

The person that came to pick up the car was friendly and helpful, he wore a mask when collecting the keys from me and asked me about the service book himself.

There were some issues with the rear shock, they called, sent me the total through ClickMechanic and then carried out the repairs during the same day.

Mechanic friendly, although could not keep to a timeline picking up vehicle or delivering vehicle back. Would not use this mechanic again
