John from Edwards Motor Works was efficient and helpful (even managing to make the first appointment a day earlier than originally booked). I met him by my car, near where I work, and he quickly did a diagnostic search to identify the problem. He was able to source a new heater resistor locally and fitted it a few days later, again whilst the car was parked on a public road. I was very satisfied with the service, which caused minimal disruption and saved me the inconvenience of having to get to and from a garage.

A fraction more communication on the car on our post inspection call would improve the experience but he did answer all my questions. He just didn’t volunteer much info.
