Sean was lovely. Arrived on time and whilst my partner and I were working, completed the job within 2 hours. Thank you for your hard work I know the back break discs were the one of the hardest to remove!! Thanks for recommending re-torque of the wheels after 50 miles. 100% recommend will be using again! Mercedes-Benz C-Class Car Won't Start Inspection

Am not happy with the work.
Is just like throwing money into the bin .
First he was supposed to diagnose the car for a fault, he came and did nothing and assumed a fault .
Gave me a price to fix it.
He came to fix the fault , he now diagnose what he should have done the first time , now he collected money for fault he could not still fix.
Am really terrified because I was there and I don’t think he is knowledgeable enough.

The mechanic that attended your vehicle should of had all the diagnosis equipment he needed to carry out yhe job in hand but please understand that the job you had booked was only an inspection and not to be fixed on the day
I tried to offer extra help to you but you were not willing to accept it instead you were being very intimidating with your friends making my member of staff feel very vulnerable at the time he was at your property this is why he was constantly on the phone to me so I could make sure he was ok
But please don't think I'm having ago at you I'm not and everybody is entitled to an opinion I had dealt with you on the phone myself and you were not very pleasant to me either so I'm very sorry for your experience but it was not our lack of knowledge it was you expecting your car fixed for £7.
1.00 when parts alone were over £200.00
