Mark was friendly and very professional. Apart from the excellent service I was concerned about a warning light on dashboard. Mark sorted this and explained to me how to reset if it happened again. It was a much smoother drive after Mark had finished the work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Mark.

Mark arrived on time and looked at replacing my rear brakes, thought it was refreshing when he told me they did not need replacing and he could reduce the work down to diagnostic or cancel the job and commit to another job, WE AGREED to have a full service and MOT done in the future and he left, feeling satisfied with that, i received a text 2 days later advising that he has charged £57.97 for a diagnostic anyway, although he was 'awfully sorry'
Seems money today is more important than additional work tomorrow and keeping an agreement.
I have no problem with the cost, it was a wasted visit and my fault, it would have been nice to have the original job refunded before the new charge was taken as it has left me a bit short in the meantime.
it is a bit concerning that they can take payment on your card without agreement though. Read more
