The mechanic was professional, very helpful, actually explained things clearly and was determined not to leave the job until it was fixed or the work really needed was investigated and understood. He was punctual, quick, and called on the phone to give an ETA. Think I'll stick to only using mobile mechanics from now on, much more helpful than the local garage I have been using so far.
