Car went in for it's first MOT (it's 3 years old, bought from new) and failed due to wheel bearings and a couple of other bits. Wasn't expecting this as it's a new car, but Steve was very polite and helpful in explaining why this had happened. He stayed late to finish the work so it was all resolved same day. Can't really comment on the quality as I can't see the bits that he fixed! But he was honest and upfront with everything he did and gave accurate estimates for the work costs.

A confident mechanic who knew his stuff well...quick diagnosis of the problem. Fantastic customer service. Satsfied customer.
