After initial problem (delay) with getting my vehicle checked in at the garage, Jay was friendly and enthusiastic about a complex job (replacing Heater Matrix). He kept me up to date on the progress. The work appears to have been carried out successfully.

Peter and his team are knowledgable, they sorted my Landrover Disco 4 fuel gauge and my landy is back on the road now. It took longer that expected but Peter had explained to me that he was short staffed due to sickness.

Sadly wouldn’t recommend, communication was horrendous had my car 4 weeks and I had to tell them to return it as they still didn’t fix it. Nore tell me what was wrong with it. Charged me £205 too. Called the AA once I got it back and they fixed it within 2 hours. All that needed doing was drain the fuel and replace. I feel robbed and taken advantage of due to the lack of my mechanic knowledge, the reason I used this site so I would get a reliable vetted garage. Instead I got a cowboy. Lesson learnt I suppose. Fine as far as I know. Ran a bit late picking up car but did phone and tell me. Friendly.

I booked a service, I didn't meet the mechanic, the car was picked up and taken to the garage

Mechanic was on time and soon found leak and gave me a quote to do the repair,however the work was never done,after dropping car off.i heard nothing for days until I rang them.was told they still hadn't started the work.left it another day then gave up and collected my car to take elsewhere

Pete was a consummate professional who knew the car back to front and fixed it within the timescale he quoted.

Pete was really good, very happy. Called me in advance and sorted the problem.

I am so impressed. Mechanics have been lovely. I've been informed what was going on all the way through. Helpful and lovely from the minute I booked. No work down without my consent. Really can't recommend highly enough!!

Seems like a good job was done. Arrived on time. Poor communication - I had to chase up when my car would be returned.
