My first time using click mechanic and the service received from Kat was unbelievable. Car was collected from my home and delivered back within 3 hours all serviced as requested. Kat also provided some additional assistance and advise regarding future maintenance of the vehicle.

Late on both pick up and drop off. Clutch worked fine initially then couldn't select gears. Bled the system myself over the weekend which worked long enough to do the 125 mile weekly commute. Reported the issue on Friday, it's now 1935 then following Monday and click mechanic have yet to get in touch. My car was left in a dangerous state and I had to diy a solution as the site didn't respond. They did however ask me for a second time to rate my mechanic, hence this review

Sadly this booking has left my car in a poor state. The car was delivered back with the engine management light on. The light was not on when the car went in for the work. Also the two new front shock absorbers squeak when you go over bumps, which is all the time given the state of our roads. Mechanic advised me to buy a new oil filler cap to address the engine management light issue. But he sent a link to what tirned.out to be the wrong design of oil filler cap when it arrived two days later. Mechanic took the car away a second time, but was unable.to solve the engine management light issue. And he didn't do anything about the squeaking suspension. Seemed to think it was acceptable for new shock absorbers to squeak. He has offered to have the car back for a third time, but I am not confident that he will be able to sort these issues so I am reluctant to continue. Read more

Mario was a superstar, couldn't come on the day identified so re booked. Mario came today and was amazing 2 front suspension springs changed in super quick time, with full explanation of process. A superb mechanic and overall experience . 10/10 was sceptical at first but I have to say a first rate service. Excellent !

Put the job on ClickMechanic on a Friday afternoon at 4.30pm. By the same time the next day the job was finished and the car was back. Well done Kat!
