Irfan did a great job in limited time. I only had 24 hours to get the car sorted due to work. He took the car away, made extra recommendations, and exceeded customer expectation in delivery of a prompt service.......(In other words he did a good job Yeah? )

Not happy with the service.
Had another company that came and did a full test and now I know what the problem is.
It is not the starter motor, after all, it is only faulty connectors that need replacing.

Irfan is a very nice guy, and very friendly. He kept me informed regarding his arrival at my house. He carried out the diagnostics I needed, making suggestions for further work which may be required. He then reset the warning message I had received, and then fitted my new battery.
After he had left, he called me back to check that everything was ok, and said he would be available if I needed anything further from him. I'm happy with the service I have received from him.
