Excellent communication, very helpful and clear. They diagnosed the problem (originally different from what I thought it was) and charged a very fair price.

A very good experience all round. Car collected as promised, work undertaken and car returned promptly. Used OEM parts. Brakes and pads seem to be working fine based on the first 20 miles of driving.

Have used on a few occasions now for service and MOT. Punctual, great communication as the assessment went on and presented options well for me. Car felt refreshed on return.

Expected more contact when the car was being worked on. Return ETA was 14:00hrs but didn’t arrive back until 16:30 following a chase up call.
