Jordon accepted my offer within 24 hours and reached out to me right the way to make arrangements for repair. He was very accommodating as far as time and location since I was just visiting in the area for 2 days. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Jordon did an excellent job to change out all my brakes and performed an inspections on my car.

Jaguar XJ Series Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)
Inspected front brakes and confirmed front brake pads were around 9mm thick and front discs are above replacement specifications and were not replaced due to this.

Another good experience with Click Mechanic. Jordan rang to let me know he was on his way. On arrival, explained what he was going to do. When the job was finished, Jordan gave some advice on a potential issue which highlighted itself during the road test.
