The mechanic arrived about 10 minutes after his time slot. He apologized and said he was stuck in traffic. This was fine but a text would have helped with my anxiety that he was not coming.

David was great, we discussed the job as he came to view it before starting the job. We agreed on an as alternative uprated independent transmission cooler over replacing the OEM combined AC condenser/trans cooler. I do a lot of towing in Europe with my two tonne caravan and this cooler will be a massive improvement on the old one. Great mechanic, honest and knows his stuff.
