They turned up to collect the car at the time specified and returned it earlier than expected. Had a new clutch and flywheel, which all seem to work fine. A was a very straightforward and painless experience.

They were prompt and friendly and the price was good, but have refused to confirm what part (thermostat) was actually used. There's obviously a temptation to source cheap parts when price is such an important consideration and the fact that they have simply ignored all my requests for a proper receipt, to give me the reassurance that a quality part has been used, suggests that I would not be happy if I knew. Could it be a used part? The 12 month guarantee is all very well, but if a cheap part lasts only a little longer than that it will be a very expensive mistake.

Joe arrived on time to collect car, helpful & knowledgeable. He kept me informed regarding their progress & carried out M.O.T & full service at a reasonable price. Good Service provided & easy process. Will use again

I didn't get to meet Joe but the young guy who collected and returned my car was very polite. The job ran over the day due to difficulties removing the base plate. They kept me informed and I was happy with the situation. Car returned next day at 11-30. I would certainly try clickmechanic again eg for my servicing. I am also considering the insurance package as this year has been an expensive one

It was just all so easy. I'm disabled so it meant a lot that they just did it all, so easily for me.

Car was picked up and returned in good order, sadly when turning the car on the "Low Coolant
Level" warning light came on . The car was driven back and this light must have been on during that journey so should have been remedied before the car was return to me. I understood that the Engine coolant/antifreeze was included in the quote so was disappointed to have to go and buy some to finish then job.

He advised me he did not work on my car so cannot comment. The work was all completed by someone and it passed the MOT
