Ford Fiesta Car Won't Start Inspection

Spent 1 1/2 hrs. only to be told he couldn't find out what was wrong and that we need a Auto electrician to diagnose. Waste of £82.25

Thank you for your review Neil, disappointed to see it was so negative none the less its something I will bear in mind for the future.
Unfortunately your immobiliser was at fault and something at the time I wasn't able to sort. Extra time was spent to try and get to the bottom of the issue with no avail.
3/5 communication seems unfair as I let you know everything that was happening every step of the way.
1/5 for quality im not sure how that can be justified personally.
Doesn't seem right to write a negative review because your vehicle needs further work elsewhere
If you have any issues that youre not happy about could I recommend you go to the resolution centre
