Akmal picked up the car on time - was very polite when talking to my wife. We left him specific instructions when returning the car as we were goign to be out and they were followed to the letter.

He called my mobile and left a message with an update. He called again and managed to speak to me and as a gesture had topped my Add Blue - really unexpected and appreciated.

Was super helpful with finding a much better price on a part and also very pleasant person to deal with! Would highly recommend!
