Man's a genius! Had a knocking in rear of car for some time. Main dealer (Quest) requested to check it out at service last August but found nothing. Ben diagnosed it on first driving my car as a broken coil spring. After contacting me, Ben ordered the part (not always easy with this model) and replaced the spring later in afternoon.
First time I have used this organisation as Vauxhall dealer closed Maldon outlet earlier this year. Very satisfied with the job done and with the ClickMechanics operation. Ben has a pleasant personality and I would recommend him to anyone.

This was the first time I have used this service and I'm impressed. The mechanic, Benjamin from TPcarsmart, was very punctual, very polite and did the work very quickly, it was nice to get it done at a time convenient to me.

Benjamin contacted me beforehand to check on the wheelsize, to ensure he brought the right parts. I offered to move the car but he assured me its location was fine. He inspecred the discs and brakes all round and again advised, apart from the pads he was changing, all was ok, worn but still seviceable. He took the time to protecf the seat with a coverall which was appreciated.
A time slot between 2-4pm was offered and he arrived within that period.
