James was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Asked him if there was anything untoward I should be worried about. He pointed out my front tyre tracking is out and there ware on the outside of the tyre. He said to keep an eye on it (he also admitted he hasn’t got the equipment to do the tracking - so I knew he wasn’t trying to get extra work from me).
