Bogdan was absolutely fantastic. Called 20 minutes prior to his arrival and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. He advised me that certain work didn’t actually need completing due to a misdiagnosis of an independent mechanic. Changed the front brake pads and cleaned the rear brake drums and shoes. Advised me on other work that may need doing soon.
He allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle to make sure I was happy before he signed the job off.

Bogdan was impeccable. Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and updated us before, during and after the work was done. Cannot recommend enough. It gave me the most positive experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful for the punctuality and effort that was put in. Very, very happy with the service.

The half shaft is on but I now have only 3 wheel nuts, two of the studs are sheared. The mechanic claims that was because the wheel was loose. Well, in 45 years i have never not tightened up wheel nuts or ever sheared off a stud. The chrome covers on Mondeo wheels can spin making it seem that an airgun is not doing it's job, possibly causing him to wind up the torque on removal and not reducing it for refitting, thus shearing off two of the 5 studs. I now need a hub assembly as the studs cannot be removed without the hub being dismantled. So one thing fixed now another major problem
