I had a quote for rear brake pads of £100. Was told a disc needed replacing too, but I did not authorise that, however it was done and an extra £143 charged to my card. A job my husband could have done at a fraction of the cost. Wanted only the pads to get me out of trouble, before driving over 100miles home as I am only visiting. I should have been given a quote and agreed before it was done.

Ismail was great and carried out work outside business hours to get the job done as he knew we had plans with the kids in the coming week before they go back to school
