I don’t often rate a 5, in fact this might be the first.
The car failed on the Saturday night, my wife was ambulanced into a distant hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning for emergency surgery, my local garages didn’t have a slot available within 4 to 6 weeks!
Paul had a slot within a couple of days, my car was collected, repaired and delivered back to me.
I had explained my situation to Paul who kept me informed of progress without overdoing it.
I have waited a week before posting this review and the car is driving like new.

Paul was great. He met me at the location of my car, within 30 minutes of the time slot. He took it away and within 24 hours it had been repaired. Paul delivered it back to a different location at my request and messaged me to tell me it was there. Cannot fault the speed and service he gave me.

Paul was friendly and efficient, my car battery was dead and he helped get it going then took it for it’s service and MOT. It passed and I’m more than happy with the service from click mechanic

Very knowledgeable and highlighted an issue with our car not directly related to the main task. Personable chap and trustworthy.

Paul was friendly and helpful. He carried out mot and service in no time. He also saved me some money as another mechanic diagnosed my gear box needed changing, it didn't, it was the clutch that needed replacing, which he did at a good price.
