The mechanic contacted me to discuss the problem - he told me the time he expected to be with me - he text me to give me a 45min warning that he was on his way - he identified the problem immediately as the one we had discussed earlier - he had purchased the part and had it with him and fitted it in about 30mins - overall an excellent service

My wife's car was misfiring on Saturday morning, and through Click Mechanic I was able to arrange a mechanic to turn up on Monday morning (before 7.30!), who quickly diagnosed the problem to a faulty coil to one of the spark plugs. He offered to obtain a replacement coil during the day and to come back and fit it at about 17.00.
This he did and the car was fixed. His level of communication was fantastic throughout, the fee was reasonable and as I am disabled and can no longer drive, this was a fantastic solution to helping get my wife back on the road, without her needing to take time off work to do so.

Arrived at the very end of the two hour slot but phoned ahead to let me know.
Starting my apprenticeship working on Ferraris, porsches and all other types of supercars in SW London.
Leaving this dream world i then went onto work for Audi at a couple of their dealerships before moving onto to Mercedes benz UK where i was employed as VIP home service technician where i would be called out to all types of famous stars and celebrities it was a very interesting role, many great experiences.
Eventually i left this role to start my my own business over 5 years ago.
Now i specialize in mainly Audi and Mercedes-Benz and occasionally the odd supercar, however I can cater for all makes, models and repairs.
I work both as a mobile mechanic and have a private static workshop.
I use all the official manufacturers diagnostic equipment and mainly genuine parts.
Having Recently Joined Clickmechanic on 17th May 2015 I find it quite a change and very interesting to work on different cars than that of what I'm used to, Its quite interesting to see how other Manufacturers do things.
