Glen the mechanic was really good and knew his stuff. The only fault lay in the Click Mechanic website, in that Glen did not see that the car was immobile, even though the question was marked that it wasn't mobile. It was only because I thought to phone and check that the price quoted included the towing of the vehicle that it came to light.

Great service and great communication from the garage. Arrived on time, was friendly and polite and did great work.
