I wasn't a the vehicle at the time the mechanic carried out the work but I believe he arrived exactly when he said he would - I was given a half hour time slot by the mechanic the day before.
I had had communication with him the day before and on the day of the repair and he was really approachable and understanding. I thought the price was good value and it was a really efficient booking system.
I haven't picked up the car yet so unable to comment on the outcome but based on the feedback from the mechanic I'm happy he's fixed the problem.

Justin was great, I've just bought a new car and was getting a bad noise and poor braking performance. when Justin turned up to replace he found the brakes were upgraded and the standard discs and pads I'd asked for were wrong. The day after our initial appointment he was back and installing the correct ones.
