Great comms from Chris, very happy with the work. I booked a service + MOT and asked for some advice on a broken door lock, Chris was happy to give me a quote for the extra work and leave it to me to decide whether to go ahead.

Excellent. Very reassuring, knowledgeable, punctual and speedy to diagnose. Explained things clearly and suggested follow on course of action straight away, which proved to be straightforward and also put the car back in excellent working order after a long spell out of action. Vehicle is running as well as ever now once the key part was replaced and the car was also fully tested (computer and road) before return a couple of hours later. Highly recommended.

Chris arrived at the time agreed, he followed up with calls and mail to make sure everything was sorted and brought my car back with the work done as agreed. He was very friendly and courteous at all times
