He Said the pickup would be
between 8 and 10 didn't turn up till 10.30 .they said drop back time would be between 5 and 6 didn't turn up till 7 they didn't tell me that they were coming till I rang them.used quite a lot of diesel on pick up and drop off I thought this would come off the bill

I had an 8am to 10am appointment and the driver came at 10.30. Apart from that they did a very good job. I told the driver that i would be grateful if I was updated on any progress, and the mechanic did update me. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. I even gave them a last minute job which they agreed to do. I would use Bedfordshire Car Repairs Ltd again.
