Reece the mechanic was absolutely brilliant it was a freezing morning he had to lay down on the tarmac which was frozen to change the starter motor never moaned just got on with it l would highly recommend Reece

Excellent service provided when replacing a broken clutch. Was able to collect my vehicle before the appointment date, was able to push my repair forward due to a cancellation and able to accommodate the return of my vehicle to me whilst I was at work, all with exemplary communication throughout.

My experience with Mike and Prime Vehicle Recovery was fantastic.
My car was picked up around 10am and back just after 5pm.
The job was for a cambelt replacement and all seems great. They also let me know about a potential issue with a rear wheel bearing but there was no pressure or anything to have them fix it - they were simply letting me know, which I appreciate.

Mike was brillaint, accommodated me in receiving my car key from work and collecting my car, to then re dropping back at my work place. The work was carried out quickly & efficiently & done to a very high standard. Great communication throughout and very good.
