James and team were very helpful and got the car going again quickly. James also checked a couple of days later that all was still OK with the car, so couldn't ask for more.

We have now switched from our regular place for servicing etc to R&J because the service they offer is excellent, from collecting and returning our car to the quality of work and the helpfulness of the mechanics.

James phoned to advise he would be arriving a little later than planned to collect my car and explained what would be done and when.
Took my car for repair and phoned again once the mechanics had inspected it.
Advised me of parts reqired and how long it would take to complete repair.
Text message received once repair had been completed and car was returned within time frame atrranged.
Very polite and courteous and kept me informed throught.

A Really great job on my son's car took it wmaway and kept us informed of its progress,returned next day at the time advised well worth the payment...my local garage had a two week wait clickmechanic booked in the next day.
