I cannot remember the mechanics name but, that’s because I can’t remember where I’ve left my keys half the time, he did introduce himself though.
He was professional and courteous throughout and explained exactly what he was doing, during the time he was with me.
After replacing my battery he did a full diagnostic to make sure all was OK with the car. This gave me peace of mind and confident the car was safe to drive.

He did the job while I was at work so my daughter who has difficulties had to sort it and the man must of been good because she was able to explain what the man had done thank you

Fitted the wrong tyres, charged me before I even had the vehicle back and I've just had one of the tyres changed after 3 months as it was faulty, they also never torqued the wheel nuts correctly so it was impossible for myself to change a flat tyre, in the words of the AA man who I had to call out it's " disgusting workmanship " also I had new brake discs and pads and they still squeeze. AVOID.
